Associate Desktop Support Analyst - 6 Month Assignment$24.59–$30.38/hr depending on experience  Monday–Friday  No Nights, Weekends, or On‑Call
Ready to grow your IT skills in a supportive, hands‑on environment? Veranda Marine Hospital is looking for an Associate Desktop Support Analyst to join the team for a 6‑month onsite assignment starting as soon as possible.
What You’ll Do
  • Provide friendly, face‑to‑face Level 1 desktop support
  • Assist walk‑in users with IT needs
  • Image laptops/desktops and install software
  • Set up basic hardware and workstations
  • Troubleshoot common desktop issues
    (No phone support required — and no driving.)
What You Need
  • At least 6 months of IT or desktop support experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage a ticket queue
  • Comfortable working onsite in a healthcare setting
Bonus Skills
  • Help desk/service desk experience
  • Familiarity with Active Directory or Microsoft Office
  • Experience imaging devices or supporting onsite users
