Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings across multiple platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding and administrative hiring tasks
- 1 year of recruiting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
