High School Diploma or equivalent is required 
Understanding of basic accounting principles
General knowledge of Debits/Credits
Experience in an office setting
Proficient computer skills
Experience in an Automotive or Sales Accounting Office is helpful, but willing to train the right candidate
Excellent organizational skills, with strong problem-solving skills and ability to see big picture 
3-5 years Accounting experience
Preferred:
Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration or Accounting is preferred
