Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: South Portland, Maine, In-Person Pay: $18-$20/hr, Temp-Hire, Part-Time Hours: Monday through Thursday, 20-25/hrs a week
Responsibilities: • Work with customers to understand their requirements.• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Assist in developing and submitting quotes, contracts and proposals to customers.• Prepare, print/email customer invoices daily.• Open and sort mail, distribute and enter customer payments and vendor invoices.• Create and print customer shipping labels/manifests. • Monitor customer service emails. • Contact customers for payment
Requirements: • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.• Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Computer experience required.• Strong Attention to Detail • Able to ask questions when needed • Data Entry • Previous Administrative Experience *We are an equal-opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
