Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous and talented Kitter to become a part of our energetic team. In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving components from inventory and assembling them into 'kits,' ensuring that Surface Mount operators have the complete sets of parts needed to fulfill orders efficiently.
Hours: M-F 7a-330pAssignment: Temp-Hire Pay: $19/hr
Qualifications:• Must be US citizen, ITAR controlled company • High School diploma or GED Equivalent • Familiarity with SMT components and feeder types a plus. • Ability to read BOMs, part numbers, and job travelers accurately. • Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or MRP systems is an advantage.• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing
