Responsibilities:Provide support to senior technicians in installing, maintaining and repair of air and water systems.Assist in identifying and diagnosing issues with the systems.Shadow experienced technicians during customer consultations, explain system operations, and provide recommendations.Help prepare detailed service reports documenting all work performed and any issues encountered.Assist with managing inventory.Learn and adhere to all relevant regulations, codes and safety protocols.
Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent. Technical or vocational training in the related field is a plus.Interest in mechanical systems and willingness to learn about water filtration and radon mitigation technologies.Organized and detail-oriented.Professional customer service skills.Problem solving skills.
