Are you ready to help build something great?We’re looking for a Carpenter’s Helpers/Laborers who’s ready to work with their hands, learn from skilled tradespeople, and be part of a crew that takes pride in quality craftsmanship. If you’ve got a basic understanding of carpentry and can read a tape measure without counting on your fingers, we want to hear from you.What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with framing, siding, window installs, and finish work
Measuring, cutting, and prepping materials (accuracy matters—you’ll be tested)
Hauling lumber, tools, and hardware to keep the job moving
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site
Supporting lead carpenters and learning the trade from the ground up
What You Bring:
