Cleaners We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This position requires someone who is honest, hardworking, flexible, and able to adapt to a schedule that may range from 10 to 60 hours per week, depending on client needs. Most job sites require 2–3 hours of labor, making proximity to the area important. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal, and general sanitizing of client spaces. Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines. Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members. Follow all instructions and accept direction as needed. Maintain professionalism and respect client privacy at all times. Work independently or as part of a team depending on the assignment. Adhere strictly to the company Dress Code. Flexible availability — must be willing to work days, nights, and weekends based on client needs. Prior cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to work with others as well as independently. Strong communication skills. Must be local or within a reasonable driving distance. Ability to follow instructions and company policies consistently. No personal phone use during work hours except in emergencies.
