Duties 
  • Operate and monitor poly extrusion or packaging equipment
  • Ensure product quality and consistency through regular inspections
  • Perform machine setups, adjustments, and minor maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Accurately complete production and quality documentation
Requirements 
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operator role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a warm, industrial environment
