Job Description

Our customer is looking to fill the full-time, permanent position of Payroll Clerk/HR Assistant. This individual will be responsible for processing weekly payroll, maintaining personnel files, managing benefit plans, maintaining records and regularly scheduled reporting. The ideal candidate should have excellent office and organizational skills, familiarity with multi-line phone systems, proficient with Microsoft Office software, ability to multi-task and communicate well with the public and employees. Experience or knowledge of Proliant ReadyPay and Excel a plus
Required Education & ExperienceHigh School Diploma2 plus year experience in either private or public human resources1 plus year Payroll/benefit management experience
