Our Client in Scarborough, ME is looking to add a Fulfillment team member.
Job Title: Fulfillment Team Member
Position Overview: The Fulfillment Team Member is responsible for inserting materials into envelopes and
preparing outgoing mail by hand while ensuring accuracy and maintaining confidentiality. The Fulfillment
Team Member must work successfully within tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, manufacturing, and
warehouse environment. *Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
Monday – Friday 6:00am – 2:30pm$20.00
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Insert materials in envelopes by hand as required.
• Collate and/or de-collate materials as required.
• Place labels on envelopes and packages.
• Stamp materials by hand as required.
• Seal, staple, glue and tape packages as required.
• Deliver completed product to appropriate location as needed.
Required Skills / Abilities:
• Ability to effectively communicate with immediate supervisor.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to spot/correct errors.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in Native English.
• Ability to take direction.
Education and Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and ability to stand up to 10 hours each day.
