Job Description
Are you looking to join a new team? We need a seasoned and experienced professional to help our customer drive projects to success!
This customer is looking for an individual with the ability to independently complete all facets of the building estimating and bidding process.
This is a Direct Hire, Full Time, Permanent position.
Required Qualifications: • A bachelor's or associate degree in the field of construction plus four (4) years related experience is required. • Excellent math skills with an analytical, detail oriented mind required.• Proficient computer skills including MS Office products required.• Knowledge of Sage Estimating, on-screen takeoff, and Procore is preferred but not required. • Assignment based in Fairfield, Maine but will require travel throughout Maine and New Hampshire requiring seldom overnight lodging. • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
